ACL Rehab- Week 1
I had surgery about 3 days before this video was made. It is important that those first days you ice a lot and remain resting. Yet after those first 2 days, you should start to rehab your knee because the first week after surgery is very influential in how your rehab will go. With this said, THIS IS THE REHAB MY TRAINER GAVE ME.
3 sets of 10 reps- Knee Bends
3 sets of 10 reps- Straight leg raises
3 sets of 10 reps- Side leg raises
3 sets of 30 secs- Straighten of Knee
