Dealing with a Video Game Obsession/Addiction (TF2 Commentary)
Join me for some real talk as I babble about my source of crippling procrastination: video games.
I don’t mean to be too dramatic with this video. I know that of all the addictions to have, something like a video game addiction is as first-world as it gets. However, when it stops me from sleeping, working, and aspiring to my dreams, I think it’s worth taking a look at in a serious manner. Whether it’s video games, browsing reddit, or something more serious, I think everyone can relate to feeling like there is something in their life that they wish they did less of.

And if you’re really set on getting to the root of your addiction, I encourage you to do some surface research on the science of addiction. Some of that stuff may spook you into trying harder.
