One Day Leader 3 – Episode 5: Alcohol Abuse amongst Young Women
According to The South African Medical Journal, South Africa is a hard drinking country, consuming in excess of 5 billion litres of alcohol annually. In the last few years, there has been an increase amongst women who drink alcohol excessively. There has been even more danger in alcohol drinking women than men. This episode looks at the impact of alcohol amongst young women.

One Day Leader is a reality series that looks at youth leadership and the role they play in the development of our country. Six young South Africans, Tshwanelo Fokazi, Samantha Beynon, Matasha Mazomba, Jabulani Sibiya, Siphosenkosi Malimela and Octavia Shabangu, showcase their leadership skills by tackling modern day social, economic and political issues to compete for the title of One Day Leader.
The third season is hosted by Tumi Mothotoane, who replaces Masechaba Lekalake. The judges in Season 3 are Shaka Sisulu, Ndumiso Hadebe and Ntsoaki Phali.
