Successful mine closure & rehabilitation at Timbarra Gold Mine
The Timbarra Gold Mine, near Tenterfield in northern NSW, was successfully rehabilitated and relinquished in March 2013. This video documents how the gold miner worked with opponents of the mine to rehabilitate the site, which is now home to 38 species of wildlife.
