Demi Lovato Tells Clevver EXCLUSIVELY why she’s speaking out on her drug use!
You gotta respect Demi Lovato for her honesty right?
The 21 year old triple threat recently gave an explosive interview to Access Hollywood, detailing just how bad her past drug and alcohol abuse truly was.
Our crew was on hand at the taping of The X-Factor last night, where Demi exclusively told us why she’s being open about her substance struggles for the very first time.

Of course, with her upcoming memoir, Demi will be explaining specific instances of how bad things really got.
She recalled bringing vodka in a Sprite bottle on to an airplane, and needing drugs every 30-60 minutes just to get by.
Demi realized it was time for change when the abuse became less social, and she started doing it alone to cope.
